  • How can I cancel a subscription?

    At any time. Please send as an eMail to info@sellaround.net to cancel your subscription. Your subscription ends 30 days after your cancellation – we will charge you accordingly.

  • How can I change an existing package?

    At any time. If you change into a higher subscription tier, we will charge you pro rata according to your usage of the tiers.

  • How do I pay the monthly subscription fees?

    Until every 5th of the month, we send you an invoice of the last month. You simply wire the money to Sellaround's bank account.

  • How long can I test an upgrade to a new package?

    You can test every upgrade up to 30 days – without any additional cost.
